Being Anti-Racist with Dr. El Jones

Campus and local community members are invited to join a Public Event in Recognition of the 2026 United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination.
 
12:30 - 2:20 KCIC Auditorium: Free public screening of the award-winning doc film, Coded Bias, with Distinguished Guest Dr. El Jones
2:30 - 3:50 KCIC Acadia Boardroom: Being Anti-Racist: Join Dr. El Jones and Mi'kmaq Campus Auntie, Darlene Peters Copeland, for a student-led dialogue about being anti-racist.
 
This is a student-led initiative in partnership with the Town of Wolfville, in collaboration with Welkaqnik, the Indigenous Gathering Space and Women and Gender Studies at Acadia University, with funding from the Town of Wolfville and from the Politics Department.
