Mental Health Week: Succulent Planting

Join us at the KCIC for succulent planting, in collaboration with the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre. Engaging in gardening promotes mindfulness and reduces stress. Plants like people need water, nutrients, sunshine, and love. Use your new plant friend as a reminder to drink plenty of water, eat nutritious food, get outside and talk to someone if you need to.
