Reconnecting Roots

The Red Spruce Mental Health Centre is offering nature-based workshops in support of wellness and connection with nature and others weekly at the Harriet Irving Botanical Gardens this fall. Sessions facilitated by Acadia University Masters of Education Counselling Students Stephanie and Allie.

Drop-in sessions for the community Friday Mornings 10:30 – 12 and for Acadia Students Friday Afternoons 1-2:30

The sessions will run from Oct 17 – Dec 12.

FREE ALL WELCOME. Dress for for a walk in the garden. Bring a travel mug to warm up with coffee or tea. Meet in the Main Lobby of the K.C. Irving Environmental Science Centre.
