About the Grannies:
A group of grandmothers living in or around Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
Their project is to help 24 grannies caring for 50 grandchildren in the village of Kikima in the Makueni district of Kenya. Their biggest need is food, followed by educational assistance, improved water resources and micro loans.
By selling donated jewellery, the grannies have been able to fund numerous projects and the Wong International Centre is always honored to help support such a worthwhile cause.
To learn more about the grannies please visit their website at : https://grannieweb.wordpress.com/
We look forward to seeing you
