In this course, you'll build skills that will facilitate future study in areas of particular interest to you. No previous experience of Greek or Latin, or of anatomy or physiology, is required.

Topics include:

  • Basic meanings of modern terms
  • How these terms were created
  • Rules which govern the formation of new terms

Through the course, you'll gain an understanding of the components of scientific terminology, and acquire basic scientific literacy.
