Dayforce is coming!

Human Resources is excited to announce that on December 15, 2025, we will implement a powerful new HR/ Payroll/Benefits system: Dayforce.

See below for answers to questions and links to Dayforce training sessions.

What is Dayforce?

Dayforce replaces Colleague as our Payroll / HR system and gives you access to your relevant HR, payroll and benefits information, anytime and anywhere.

Watch this Introductory Video for more information.

Through Dayforce you’ll be able to:

  • Review your pay statements and earning
  • Request and approve time away from work
  • Check your schedule and review your timesheets
  • Review and change your benefits
  • Update personal information
Why the change?

As Acadia grows, we need systems and processes in place to ensure we can take care of our employees. Dayforce brings together various processes, to make your life easier, and ensure you get paid correctly and on time.

How do I register for training?
