The evening of February 15, 2019 was an interesting one for Acadia alumni.

We had a wonderful time in The Bahamas last week when alumna and Campaign for Acadia Cabinet member Kerel Pinder (’06) gave spirited presentations to more than 50 alumni and friends at gatherings in Nassau and Freeport

An enthusiastic group of Acadia alumni and guests gathered at the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club in Bermuda on Feb. 25 to reminisce about Acadia and visit with old friends.

Kerel Pinder (’06) believes in living a creative life and in helping other people to pursue their creative dreams.

The weather was wintry in Winnipeg on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2019 when Executive Director of Alumni Affairs Ian Murray (’88) and Executive Director of Philanthropy Nancy Handrigan (’92) co-hosted an alumni family dinner in the Gateway to the West!

Today we mark the first day of African Heritage Month in Nova Scotia. Acadia University has a long tradition of educating people from all backgrounds, including those of African descent.
