Dr. Emily Bremer named Acadia’s newest Canada Research Chair
Acadia University’s newest Tier II Canada Research Chair in Healthy Inclusive Communities is Dr. Emily Bremer, Assistant Professor in the School of Kinesiology.

Order of Canada honours for Acadia alumni
Acadia University honorary degree recipient, the Honourable Justice Dr. Murray Sinclair (DCL '21), C.C., has been named a Companion of the Order of Canada. He was honoured for his commitment to representing Indigenous legal issues and his dedication to reconciliation between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Canadians.
