A nostalgic crowd of Acadia alumni, family and friends gathered at The Stubborn Goat in Halifax on November 9 for a reception to celebrate the achievements of Acadia's 1990 CIAU championship-winning soccer team and alum Dr. Christina Atkinson (‘91) ahead of their induction into the Nova Scotia Sport Hall of Fame.
A lively array of Acadia School of Music alumni returned to campus and filled the Wu Welcome Centre with energy and enthusiasm on November 7, 2024.

The love for Acadia in Edmonton on October 28 was truly heartwarming. The first snow of the season had fallen earlier in the day and the temperature had dropped, but that didn’t stop a chatty group of Acadia alumni from gathering at Central Social Hall on Jasper Avenue for a great time.
A lively group of Global Bluenosers packed Kells Irish Restaurant for a Sociable! in San Francisco on October 24 that celebrated community, connection, and all things Nova Scotia! Organized by Sean Meister (’07), founder of Global Bluenosers, and joined by Acadia’s Vice-President, External Relations Nancy Handrigan ('92), guests enjoyed a classic East Coast evening in the City by the Bay, sharing stories about Nova Scotia, meeting old friends and making new ones.
It was wonderful to visit Charlottetown on a beautiful evening as Acadia’s President Dr. Jeff Hennessy (’99) met alumni and prospective students on October 22. There was lots of Acadia spirit in the room, and we all had a great time!
