Of the province's 49 municipalities, 43 offer some kind of video access to council meetings. Dr. Alex Marland (Politics) tells CBC that he's surprised so many councils provide video of their meetings; there are other ways, like audio or transcripts, for the public to keep up to date on proceedings.
